Unity Iftar 2017

On June 8th, HIC hosted our Annual Unity Iftar where Muslims from all around Central Florida attended. Haj Hassanain Rajabali talked about the importance of seizing the opportunity presented to us as Muslims living in the West: making others aware of the beauty of our faith jointly in an era where interest in Islam is at an all-time high. He mentioned the importance of unity and diffusing hostile attempts to disrupt the unity amongst the Muslim faith. In the case of differing opinions from time to time, we must "agree to disagree agreeably". There was a question and answer session in which attendees had their questions answered. After the event and prayers, the guests were treated to delicious iftar with our fellow community members.
