Seminole County Civic Leaders Event

On Friday, February 9th the Managing Committee along with the Civic Engagement Coordinator, Br. Abbas Mukhi, hosted a special event for Seminole County elected officials and local business leaders. The focus and theme of the program was to strengthen the fabric of the Sanford community by celebrating our diversity of cultures, faiths, and traditions. The program included networking and speeches by Br. Inayat Walli, Commissioner John Horan, Sheriff Dennis Lemma, and Syed Shabeer Kirmani. The event ended with tours conducted by the Outreach Committee followed by Lunch. Alhamdulillah, the event was greatly appreciated by all our distinguished guests and members of our community. Many thanks to all our sponsors that helped make this event a success! A special thank you to all our dedicated volunteers who helped us set up for the event and assisted throughout the program.
